Where the location of the existing pipeline does not allow a continuous length of new pipe to be pulled in, segmental pipe can be installed utilising an existing manhole as a point of entry, this is normally a push fit system, held in place throughout the bursting process by an end restraint which keeps the pipe unit together under pressure.
This ensures a straight and uniform installation. |
